Description and Requirements


We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Implementation Lead to drive successful delivery of ServiceNow initiatives across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will combine deep ServiceNow platform expertise with strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

This role will lead implementation projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client expectations, and ensure successful deployment of scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects across ITSM, CSM, or related modules.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership throughout project lifecycles.
  • Drive Agile/Scrum project execution and ensure adherence to delivery best practices.
  • Oversee configuration, customization, workflows, integrations, and platform optimization activities.
  • Ensure quality assurance, testing, documentation, and deployment readiness.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to ServiceNow developers, administrators, and analysts.
  • Support governance, change management, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops, status meetings, and executive reporting.
  • Ensure successful post-implementation support and continuous improvement activities.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management or implementation leadership experience.
  • Strong experience leading enterprise ServiceNow deployments.
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, or CMDB.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and IT service management processes.
  • Experience managing distributed or offshore delivery teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications
  • Consulting or client-facing implementation experience
  • Experience working with global teams across time zones
