Description and Requirements


We are seeking an Inside Sales Account Representative to support sales teams and optimize services sales processes. This role focuses on contract creation, pipeline management, and driving services opportunities across Europe.


You'll be responsible for:


  • Create contracts, special offers, proposals, and contract reports
  • Manage pipeline and contract packages
  • Identify and qualify service opportunities using pricing and inventory tools
  • Receive and follow up on incoming leads (campaigns, business development, customers, partners)
  • Grow and close sales opportunities via phone and email
  • Drive both new business and protection of existing revenue
  • Support Winback initiatives (e.g., expired warranties, part numbers, undiscovered machines)
  • Provide qualified client data to Lead Generation teams and follow opportunities through to closure
  • Act as an advisor to clients and channel partners
  • Interactions: Sales teams, Internal stakeholders (e.g., pricing, order management), External customers and business partners

You'll bring:


  • Experience with negotiation and in inside sales
  • English fluent spoken & written
  • Ability to work with partners and end customers in assigned markets
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Team player with a proactive mindset
  • Comfortable with cold calling
  • Experience selling services (data center/server/storage is an advantage)
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools

The anticipated initial gross base monthly salary range for this position is 1744 EUR - 2554 EUR per month,

Commission: 30% of total on-target earnings

On-Target Earnings (OTE): Starting from 29 900 EUR per annum

Higher earnings possible based on performance.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The anticipated initial gross base salary range for this position is €20930–30646 per year. This range applies to the primary job location Slovakia and is determined using objective, non-discriminatory and gender-neutral criteria, including skills and relevant experience. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations.
Individuals may also be eligible for variable compensation (such as bonus or commission), depending on the role. The applicable variable pay model, eligibility, and target levels will be discussed during the recruitment process.
In addition to base salary and any applicable variable compensation, Lenovo provides statutory remuneration components required by local law, as well as Lenovo's comprehensive benefits package supporting employee well-being, development, and equal opportunities.
For roles open across multiple countries, local base salary ranges may vary based on market conditions, internal frameworks, and legal requirements. The relevant local range will be transparently communicated during the initial discussions.
