Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Localization

  • Create and manage high-impact bilingual content, including press releases, thought leadership, and campaigns.
  • Adapt global content for local relevance and translate local insights into clear English narratives.
  • Simplify complex topics such as AI and innovation into engaging, audience-friendly stories.

Content Amplification & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business groups and geos to amplify key SSG narratives.
  • Tailor messaging for different audiences to enhance relevance and impact across earned, owned, and internal channels to maximize reach and engagement
  • Apply AI tools and innovative approaches to improve content effectiveness

Public Relations

  • Build and maintain relationships with key media to strengthen visibility and thought leadership.
  • Partner with PR agencies on media strategy, story development, and proactive pitching.
  • Support media engagement and provide communications support to spokespersons in PRC market.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, IT, or related fields.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or executive communications.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills in a global, matrixed environment.
  • Familiarity with technology trends such as AI, cloud, or emerging technologies is a plus.
  • Background in English-language media or journalism is preferred.
