Description and Requirements

The Relational Student position is part of the Relational commercial team and aims to provide operational and administrative support to sales executives, assisting end-to-end processes and ensuring proper tracking of operations.

This role is key to maintaining the efficiency of the commercial workflow, working cross-functionally with different areas and closely collaborating with the sales team.

Key responsabilities

  • Manage and track onsite orders, including monitoring in ONL cases.
  • Process transactions and generate sales orders.
  • Create new customer records and update information in systems.
  • Request and follow up on credit lines, including monitoring due dates.
  • Collect and maintain relevant customer data.
  • Provide operational support to the commercial team.
  • Update the weekly forecast in collaboration with sales executives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure process continuity.

Requirements

  • Students pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
  • Interest in commercial areas, business, and sales.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Power BI (plus).
  • Intermediate English level.
  • Experience or familiarity with tools such as Dynamics 365 (plus).
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized profile.
  • Proactive, with strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
