The Depot, Logistics, and Operations Analyst supports end-to-end depot operations with a strong focus on both forward and reverse fulfillment of parts. This role oversees inbound and outbound logistics, inventory control, and shipment coordination to ensure smooth depot execution, including bringing parts to the depot for repair and managing fix-and-return workflows. The analyst manages manual forward flow by tracking delivery status, resolving transit delays, coordinating ad hoc exemptions, and serving as a key point of contact for internal teams and carriers. Additionally, the role coordinates reverse logistics activities—such as pickups, transportation, and customs documentation—ensuring compliance with operational standards and restricted GPU requirements.
This position is located in Whitsett, NC and is full-time onsite.
Responsibilities:
Oversee inbound/outbound activities, inventory control, and ensure smooth execution of depot processes, including shipment coordination and compliance with operational standards.
Manage manual forward flow by monitoring delivery statuses, addressing transit delays, coordinating ad hoc exemptions, and serving as the primary contact for logistics-related inquiries from internal teams and carriers.
Coordinate reverse shipping processes (pickup, transport, customs formalities), prepare transport and customs documentation, and ensure compliance with restricted GPU requirement
Basic Requirements:
Operational Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or depot operations.
Core Logistics Knowledge: Proven ability to oversee inbound and outbound activities, including inventory control and shipment coordination.
Documentation Skills: Proficiency in preparing transport and customs documentation, particularly for international or restricted shipments.
Preferred Requirements:
Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of operational standards and compliance requirements for handling high-value or restricted hardware (e.g., GPUs).
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to serve as a primary contact for internal teams and external carriers.
Problem-Solving: Ability to monitor delivery statuses in real-time and proactively address transit delays or manual flow disruptions.
Advanced Customs Knowledge: Expertise in managing complex customs formalities for restricted goods to ensure zero-delay border crossings.
Process Optimization: Experience coordinating "ad hoc exemptions" and refining manual forward-flow processes to increase efficiency.
Stakeholder Management: Experience managing high-pressure escalations from multiple internal stakeholders simultaneously.
Project Management: Ability to apply structured training tools to project-based environments to improve overall team performance and decision-making accuracy.
