Lenovo Certified Refurbished is expanding as a channel-led business and requires additional support within the channel team for pricing, tracking, promotion execution, partner coordination, and operational reporting.

This role is designed for an early career operations professional who can support the LCR channel organization by helping manage price lists, promotional actions, partner follow-up, reporting, and financial analysis.

The position would add needed capacity to the channel team while developing an early career candidate into a future business operations / channel resource.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the LCR channel team with pricing files, availability lists, partner communications, promotion tracking, and business reporting.
• Prepare recurring analysis on sales performance, inventory movement, margin assumptions, pricing actions, and partner activity.
• Assist with plan-versus-actual and budget-versus-actual analysis, helping identify variances, cost drivers, and margin impact.
• Support 4P execution for LCR initiatives, including product positioning, pricing support, promotional coordination, and partner readiness.
• Work cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Sustainability teams to improve execution discipline across the LCR channel model.
• Help document processes, maintain structured Excel/reporting tools, and support internal presentations and partner program marketing materials.
