Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and process customer orders across EMEA markets to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
- Identify, investigate, and resolve order discrepancies or exceptions using internal tools and documented procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, sales, finance) to coordinate order lifecycle management
- Use SAP and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software to execute and track operational tasks
- Follow internal processes, guidelines, and compliance standards to maintain quality and consistency
- Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders via Microsoft Teams and other platforms
- Track personal KPIs and report on order resolution performance to team leadership
- Contribute to team efficiency by identifying opportunities for process improvement and simplification
- Communicative English at B2 level or above, both written and spoken
- Strong computer literacy with confidence navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously
- Ability to work flexible hours, including non-standard schedules and occasional holiday coverage
- Analytical mindset with structured problem-solving approach
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under time pressure
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to continuous learning and personal development

Base gross monthly salary from €1,200, with the final offer negotiated based on experience.
