Description and Requirements


Join Lenovo's EMEA Customer Order Resolution team — a fast-paced, process-driven environment where accuracy and speed directly impact customer experience across the region. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual looking to build a solid foundation in global supply chain operations, with full training provided from day one.

You will work cross-functionally with multiple internal teams and grow within one of the world's leading technology companies. Non-standard hours and occasional holiday coverage may be required



Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and process customer orders across EMEA markets to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve order discrepancies or exceptions using internal tools and documented procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, sales, finance) to coordinate order lifecycle management
  • Use SAP and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software to execute and track operational tasks
  • Follow internal processes, guidelines, and compliance standards to maintain quality and consistency
  • Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders via Microsoft Teams and other platforms
  • Track personal KPIs and report on order resolution performance to team leadership
  • Contribute to team efficiency by identifying opportunities for process improvement and simplification


Position requirements:

  • Communicative English at B2 level or above, both written and spoken
  • Strong computer literacy with confidence navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including non-standard schedules and occasional holiday coverage
  • Analytical mindset with structured problem-solving approach
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under time pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to continuous learning and personal development

Base gross monthly salary from €1,200, with the final offer negotiated based on experience.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The anticipated initial gross base salary range for this position is €13800–20240 per year. This range applies to the primary job location Slovakia and is determined using objective, non-discriminatory and gender-neutral criteria, including skills and relevant experience. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations.
Individuals may also be eligible for variable compensation (such as bonus or commission), depending on the role. The applicable variable pay model, eligibility, and target levels will be discussed during the recruitment process.
In addition to base salary and any applicable variable compensation, Lenovo provides statutory remuneration components required by local law, as well as Lenovo's comprehensive benefits package supporting employee well-being, development, and equal opportunities.
For roles open across multiple countries, local base salary ranges may vary based on market conditions, internal frameworks, and legal requirements. The relevant local range will be transparently communicated during the initial discussions.
