Description and Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
• Work with the Customer Research and Insight team to execute customer research projects and perform analytics to produce actionable insights
• Define a winning strategy and build the category roadmap through the in-depth market, customer understanding, and competitive analysis
• Identify what experience of accessories should be to assist the user scenarios and fulfill the demand of user groups
• Drive the product concepting together with the R&D and ID/CMF team and keep the same schedule cadence with the primary device for TTM
• Effectively communicating strategies, initiatives, and product offerings with RBO&GEO stakeholders, and initial the activities to support campaigns for business growth
• Work with RBO/GEO/BM to establish the GTM plan and track the execution status
• Work with the business management team to track the business result and initiate the activity to drive the business growth
• Performing business/category deep-dives for management reviews & product planning
• Work with the Business Management team to ensure the business planning and execution with a smooth way.
• Work with the product marketing team to assist the marketing material with a full understanding of the user story and key customer value
• Explore the new category of accessories to drive the new opportunity of hyper-growth
• Work with the service team to allocate the after-sale service initiatives to improve the customer journey
• Track the quality of product delivery and fix the issue to optimize the product experience
• Work with supply chain team to ensure the fulfillment of product delivery with rolling forecast and demand allocated.
Job Requirements:
• Fundamental understanding of marketing strategy as it relates to hardware IT products- frameworks, market research, product definition, marketing mix, go-to-market strategies, and lifecycle management
• Ability to utilize and analyze customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis in product planning and development
• Broad understanding of tablet peripheral related competition & technologies
• Good mindset of teamwork
• Strong quantitative analysis skills
• Proficient in Office applications
• Fluent English
• Experience in collaborating with engineers to bring product features & definitions to fruition
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Business, Marketing, Engineering)
