Description and Requirements

World Cup Client Experience & Marketing Intern (Summer)

Location: Raleigh, NC - Must be on-site 3:2 (3 days in office and two days flex location) during prep weeks and full time, as needed, for event prep

About the Role
Join our team this summer and help deliver an exceptional client experience during one of the world’s biggest sporting events. You’ll play a key role in supporting on-site activities, coordinating logistics, and ensuring every client interaction is seamless and memorable.

What You’ll Do

  • Support client reception and on-site coordination for World Cup–related activities in Raleigh
  • Assist with creating client-facing materials, schedules, and event logistics
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to execute a seamless client experience
  • Provide on-site support during client visits, including setup and real-time coordination
  • Track and summarize client feedback and engagement outcomes
  • Support general administrative and marketing operations tasks
