Description and Requirements

Proficient in variety of interrelated processes within pre-established procedures.
*Knowledge of broader team/department activities and how they impact job.
*Comprehensive understanding of own area/team and how it integrates with others in sub-function to achieve business objectives.
*PM certification preferred, or professional PM education/training (20 hours in last 2 years).
*Strong PM work experience overall.

*Accountable for individual and team and/or department results. Strong impact to the business results.
*Some giveback for process improvement

*Leadership of larger team for a medium complexity project, with some cross-functional and world-wide (cross-geo) team members
*Some mentoring of others.
