Description and Requirements

Head of Commercial 4P strategic leadership role, that combines business management, product lifecycle ownership, and team development to deliver outstanding commercial results. Working closely with cross-functional teams and key ecosystem partners, you will define and execute category strategies that support Lenovo's business objectives while fostering a high-performance and inclusive team culture.


Responsibilities

  • Own the full P&L for Lenovo's commercial product portfolio across the Nordic and Baltic markets, delivering against revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
  • Lead and develop a team of 4P Managers responsible for end-to-end product lifecycle management, from market introduction through end-of-life.
  • Define and execute category strategies, business plans, and go-to-market initiatives aligned with regional and global objectives.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Planning, Operations, and Finance teams to optimize business performance and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with sales teams on product positioning, pricing strategies, inventory management, and promotional activities.
  • Develop and present annual and quarterly business plans to Europe and META leadership teams, securing support and investment to achieve growth objectives.
  • Build and strengthen strategic relationships with key alliance partners, including Intel, Microsoft, Google, and AMD, to maximize joint business opportunities and investments.
  • Coach, mentor, and support team members to drive professional development, engagement, and performance excellence.
  • Foster a collaborative, diverse, and inclusive work environment while promoting Lenovo's values and leadership principles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Technology, or a related field; Master's degree is an advantage.
  • 7-10 years of experience in product management, category management, business management, or a related commercial role.
  • Proven experience managing a P&L and delivering strong business results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous people management experience with a demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.
  • Solid understanding of channel sales models, distribution ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility across all organizational levels and external partners.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends, business performance metrics, and competitive insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
