Description and Requirements
Lenovo is hiring a full-time, regular Enterprise Sales Specialist for Data Center Solutions based in Madrid, Spain to grow its Infrastructure Solutions Group business across enterprise customers in the region.
Responsibilities
• Drive sales of Lenovo’s data center portfolio, including servers, storage, networking, management software, and related services, across enterprise accounts.
• Manage and grow business across enterprise customers in Madrid, including both private and public sector organizations.
• Identify, qualify, develop, and close opportunities through multiple engagement channels
• Build and maintain direct relationships with customers and relevant stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
• Develop structured account plans and manage pipeline, priorities, and territory activity in a disciplined and efficient way.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams in a matrixed environment to align resources and move opportunities forward.
• Use CRM and Microsoft Office tools to maintain accurate sales activity, opportunity tracking, and account documentation.
• Deliver a high standard of customer engagement while representing Lenovo
Requirements
• Significant experience in IT sales, ideally around 10 years, with a strong and consistent track record of success.
• Proven experience selling enterprise data center solutions, including hardware, software, and services.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data center technologies, networking architecture solution design, market trends, and workloads, including Nutanix, VMware, Microsoft Azure, cloud, converged systems, and analytics.
• Working knowledge of common CPU, GPU architectures. INTEL, AMD, NVIDIA.
• Working knowledge for Virtualized (VMWare, Nutanix, Red Hat OpenShift, Proxmox), Linux and Windows server environments and applications.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• Collaborative, customer-focused, and organized approach, with persistence, sound account discipline, and high professional standards.
