Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead display/monitor product development and lifecycle management, ensuring projects meet global launch targets with a strong focus on on-time delivery, product quality, and innovation.

2. Design system architecture for new products, taking full responsibility for end-to-end display ecosystem solutions. Define system design frameworks, organize resources for specification review, validate design solutions, and address technical challenges while continuously driving innovation in features and user scenarios.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ODM suppliers, and industry partners to develop new technical solutions by leveraging current and emerging technologies, and provide technical assessment input for product portfolio roadmaps.

4. Develop and maintain standardized development processes, ensuring timely response and compliance with global regulations and industry standards.

5. Support worldwide field issues and contribute to improving customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution and feedback integration.

Job Requirements

1. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

2. Strong English communication skills, with the ability to engage in effective verbal interactions.

3. Customer-oriented mindset, with a passion for innovation and strong collaboration skills within diverse teams.
