Description and Requirements

We are looking for a detail-oriented analyst to join our Data Operations team, responsible for validating sales and inventory data reported by our North America partners. This role plays a critical part in ensuring data accuracy across our partner ecosystem, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and supporting account reconciliation processes that feed into broader business reporting and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Validate sell-out and inventory data submitted by NA partners, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and adherence to reporting standards.
  • Investigate and analyze data errors and deviations between partner-reported figures and expected benchmarks, identifying root causes.
  • Communicate directly with partners to clarify discrepancies, request corrected data, and follow up on outstanding issues until resolution.
  • Lead or support account reconciliation processes, ensuring alignment between partner-reported data and internal systems of record.
  • Identify recurring error patterns or systemic data quality issues and document them to inform process and tooling improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal IT/DT teams and technical leads to refine validation rules, error-detection logic, and automated reporting tools.
  • Escalate unresolved or high-impact discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Support ad hoc analysis requests related to partner data quality and reconciliation status.
