Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. Regional Portfolio Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and continuously refine the LATAM portfolio strategy for Visual Products, aligned with business goals, customer needs, and market dynamics.
  • Build and manage a portfolio roadmap (3–12 months), balancing growth opportunities, profitability, and operational feasibility across countries and channels.
  • Drive portfolio governance and prioritization: what to scale, what to simplify, and where to invest to win.

2. Market Intelligence & Category Insights

  • Lead competitive benchmarking, trend analysis, and market segmentation to identify opportunities, threats, and whitespace across LATAM.
  • Consolidate Voice of Customer (VOC) insights from key accounts and channels, converting findings into portfolio requirements and positioning recommendations.

3. Go‑to‑Market (GTM) Leadership & Commercial Enablement

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to define and execute GTM strategy for priority segments and countries (launch plans, messaging, channel plays, and enablement assets).
  • Ensure sales readiness across geos: value proposition, competitive battlecards, portfolio storytelling, and product training for internal teams and partners.
  • Support complex and strategic opportunities by providing portfolio guidance and product expertise (while Sales retains quota ownership).

4. Pricing, Profitability & Portfolio Mix Management

  • Own regional recommendations on pricing corridors, positioning, and portfolio mix, in close collaboration with Finance and Sales, to protect margin and increase competitiveness.
  • Propose programs and actions to improve revenue quality and efficiency (e.g., portfolio rationalization, attach opportunities, promotion guardrails).

5. Launch & Lifecycle Management

  • Lead new product introductions (NPI) and portfolio refreshes across LATAM, ensuring operational and commercial readiness.
  • Manage lifecycle actions across the region, including end‑of‑life planning, substitution strategies, and portfolio simplification to improve execution and reduce complexity.

6. Performance Management & Executive Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze portfolio KPIs such as sell‑in/sell‑out, market share (where available), ASP, margin, inventory health, and channel performance.
  • Deliver regular business reviews to leadership with clear performance insights, risks, and corrective action plans.

7. Supply & Demand Alignment (Regional)

  • Collaborate with Supply Chain to provide demand signals and portfolio priorities to improve forecast accuracy, allocation decisions, and product availability across LATAM.
  • Proactively identify supply risks and coordinate mitigation actions with key stakeholders.
