Description and Requirements

岗位职责/Job Responsibilities；

  • Track M&S DT projects to meet project management SLA regularly, coordinate with business and related DTIT focal to push issue closed.
  • Coordinate with DT/IT strategy team/platform focal on required operation (resource plan, budget release, etc.)
  • Work with CTM and key stakeholders proactively on regular project tracking, just like closure status accurate PPS date and timely project closure
  • Internal Audit actions follow up
  • Report progress to the management team and key stakeholders.

岗位要求/Job Requirements：

  • More than 2 years’ experiences of global digital transformation related works or project management experience.
  • Good comprehensive abilities on the combination of management, consultancy, project delivery and technical skills and able to quickly learning skill.
  • Proven ability to lead a virtual team located in multiple countries, experience in an international working environment is a plus.
  • Proactively drive problem resolve, strong ownership and highly self-motive is request

• Specific skills

- Strong presentation and communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good learning skills and can-do attitude under pressure.

- Fluent Chinese and English in oral and writing.

- Solid knowledge in using Jira and Confluence

- Certified Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) is preferred.
