Description and Requirements

Join Lenovo’s Solutions & Services Group (SSG) as an EMEA Pre-sales Support Specialist and become part of a fast-growing Services Sales team supporting Europe and META markets. In this role, you will play a key part in enabling sales success by managing the services portfolio, supporting pricing and availability requests, and ensuring the right service solutions are delivered to customers across diverse regions.

Working closely with product managers, sales teams, and services operations, you will collaborate across geographies and functions, requiring a strong global mindset, attention to detail, and structured approach. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Product Marketing and offers strong exposure to cross-functional teams as well as end customers and channel sales across EMEA.

What you will do:

  • Maintain and manage services portfolio in collaboration with product managers
  • Create and maintain part numbers in internal IT systems
  • Support sales teams with pricing and availability information
  • Work with EMEA & META sales teams to identify the best warranty/service solutions
  • Ensure timely communication and high quality on all assigned activities
  • Own, run, and distribute regular reports
  • Track and monitor performance of custom service solutions
  • Act as a Services SME for the sales community across regions

What you will bring:

  • Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate across different functions
  • Confident presentation skills for leading calls with diverse stakeholders
  • Solid IT skills, especially MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and PowerPoint
  • Business-level English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
  • 3–4 years of experience in customer support, ideally in operations or sales support
  • Knowledge of services operations is an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proactive, independent team player able to work under pressure

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The anticipated initial gross base salary range for this position is €22700–33220 per year. This range applies to the primary job location Slovakia and is determined using objective, non-discriminatory and gender-neutral criteria, including skills and relevant experience. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations.
Individuals may also be eligible for variable compensation (such as bonus or commission), depending on the role. The applicable variable pay model, eligibility, and target levels will be discussed during the recruitment process.
In addition to base salary and any applicable variable compensation, Lenovo provides statutory remuneration components required by local law, as well as Lenovo's comprehensive benefits package supporting employee well-being, development, and equal opportunities.
For roles open across multiple countries, local base salary ranges may vary based on market conditions, internal frameworks, and legal requirements. The relevant local range will be transparently communicated during the initial discussions.
