Description and Requirements

Lenovo is seeking a Delivery Consultant to support North America Hybrid Cloud & AI delivery operations.

This role focuses on standardized deployment execution, remote-first delivery methodologies, infrastructure modernization, and operational excellence. The consultant will work closely with North America Technical Consultants, Program Management coordinators, and delivery teams to help deliver scalable, efficient, and high-quality customer outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical fundamentals with a structured delivery mindset, excellent communication skills, and emerging cloud and AI infrastructure capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute remote-first infrastructure, hybrid cloud, and AI-related deployment activities for North America customers
- Support standardized delivery methodologies designed to improve scalability, efficiency, and customer experience
- Work closely with Technical Consultants and Program Management coordinators to ensure successful project execution
- Participate in customer-facing calls, technical workshops, and deployment activities
- Assist with infrastructure implementation, configuration, validation, and troubleshooting
- Support cloud deployment and modernization initiatives aligned to Azure best practices and governance frameworks
- Maintain accurate project documentation, deployment records, and operational handoffs
- Follow established operational processes, governance standards, and delivery playbooks
- Identify risks, blockers, and improvement opportunities during project execution
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), standardization, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate across regional and global delivery teams

Cloud & AI Technologies

- Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) familiarity
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) exposure using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates
- AWS fundamentals
- AI infrastructure fundamentals
- GPU infrastructure exposure preferred
- Container platform exposure (Kubernetes/OpenShift preferred)
Additional Skills
- PowerShell, Python, or basic scripting
- Infrastructure deployment methodologies

Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure deployments
- Experience working in customer-facing technical delivery roles
- Exposure to hybrid cloud, AI infrastructure, or infrastructure modernization projects
- Experience supporting Azure-focused transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with cloud governance, landing zones, and operational best practices
- Ability to work within structured program delivery and governance models
- Experience supporting North America customers preferred
- English/French are required for this role
