Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage network configuration changes (routers, switches, firewalls) following approval and change control processes

• Perform software/firmware upgrades and maintain update records

• Handle network security incidents, apply patches, and conduct root cause analysis

• Maintain network inventory and asset documentation

• Manage IP address allocation and tracking

• Provide incident troubleshooting and support, including external connectivity issues

• Conduct daily health checks and monitor network performance

• Support power shutdown/recovery exercises and ensure service continuity

• Maintain network documentation and SOPs

• Perform account access reviews and monitor for unauthorized activities

• Ensure proper log management and monitoring

• Maintain configuration backups and support disaster recovery testing

• Conduct configuration reviews, firewall rule audits, and baseline assessments

• Support network projects (upgrades, deployments, expansions)

Requirements:

• Certification: CCNA or equivalent

• Experience:

  • At least 3 years in network engineering or administration
  • Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, IDS/IPS
  • Experience in troubleshooting, incident response, and configuration management

• Technical Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools and IP address management
  • Understanding of security practices and change management

Work Requirements:

• Able to work 12-hour shifts

• Flexible to support HQ and remote sites as needed

• Local Singaporean
