Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities：

E2E Sales Data Foundation

  • Own and manage E2E data visibility for vertical solutions across TCV, Bookings, TCV-to-Bookings conversion, and TCV RTG Forecast
  • Ensure alignment and consistency of data across M365, Sales, Finance, and Operations systems
  • Provide validated and auditable data inputs for sales incentives and compensation processes

Data Governance

  • Drive KPI definitions, measurement standards, and data consistency
  • Lead initiatives to enhance data quality, governance, and standardization across operational systems
  • Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and process breakdowns, and drive remediation actions

Business Analytics & Intelligence

  • Perform advanced analytics to generate actionable insights supporting sales strategy, pipeline health, and business performance
  • Enable decision-making by connecting sales data with downstream operational outcomes

Cross-Functional Support

  • Support strategic vertical solution initiatives and projects with data requirements, tracking, and implementation
  • Act as a key analytics partner to ensure alignment across Vertical Solution Leadership, Finance, and Operations
  • Provide data-driven support for escalations and prioritization

Job Requirements：

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or related
  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Solutions
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, complex data modeling, and analytics tools (experience with AI/automation tools is a plus)
  • Strong ownership mindset for E2E data integrity and business outcomes
  • Strong collaboration and cross-functional partnership skills
  • Focus on scalable, automated solutions
