Description and Requirements

Join Lenovo’s Solutions & Services Group (SSG) as an EMEA Services Business Manager, driving sales enablement and business performance across Lenovo’s IT Services portfolio. You will partner closely with Product, Services, and Product Enablement teams to deliver training, support go-to-market initiatives, and ensure sales teams have the tools, insights, and support needed to succeed, particularly within the Public and Education segment.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to drive performance through data-driven insights and lead initiatives that improve sales effectiveness. This role follows a hybrid working model and reports directly to the Sr. Manager, Product Marketing.

What you will do:

  • Serve as the central point of coordination between Product, Services, and Sales teams, ensuring the availability of appropriate tools, materials, and support to effectively position Lenovo’s IT services
  • Lead sales enablement activities, including the design and delivery of structured training sessions to ensure teams are fully equipped to address client requirements
  • Develop and manage sales incentive programs aimed at enhancing engagement, driving performance, and supporting overall business objectives
  • Own and continuously optimize the business management system, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and operational efficiency
  • Utilize data and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) to monitor performance, generate actionable insights, and support informed decision-making
  • Design and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards, providing clear visibility into key performance indicators and progress against targets
  • Collaborate closely with Product Enablement Managers to ensure consistency in messaging, alignment of strategies, and accuracy of sales enablement materials
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes, tools, and programs, increasing effectiveness, efficiency, and overall impact of service enablement and sales support

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in business management, sales enablement, or a similar role within an IT services environment
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics tools, particularly Power BI, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proven experience in managing business systems and driving performance improvements across complex, cross-functional environments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work across multiple teams, stakeholders, and organizational levels
  • Solid experience working with Infrastructure, Cloud, and Data Center solutions, with a strong understanding of IT services landscapes
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are considered an advantage
  • Experience with sales teams, product enablement, incentive program design, or IT Services such as Digital Workplace, Hybrid Cloud, As-a-Service solutions, and AI-powered offerings is considered an advantage

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The anticipated initial gross base salary range for this position is €32900–48180 per year. This range applies to the primary job location Slovakia and is determined using objective, non-discriminatory and gender-neutral criteria, including skills and relevant experience. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations.
Individuals may also be eligible for variable compensation (such as bonus or commission), depending on the role. The applicable variable pay model, eligibility, and target levels will be discussed during the recruitment process.
In addition to base salary and any applicable variable compensation, Lenovo provides statutory remuneration components required by local law, as well as Lenovo's comprehensive benefits package supporting employee well-being, development, and equal opportunities.
For roles open across multiple countries, local base salary ranges may vary based on market conditions, internal frameworks, and legal requirements. The relevant local range will be transparently communicated during the initial discussions.
