Description and Requirements
About the Role
We are hiring a Talent Advisor to support hiring for SSG in Bangalore. This role will handle end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical roles.
This position is ideal for someone who uses AI in day-to-day recruiting work to improve speed, quality, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle hiring from role intake to offer closure
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities
- Source candidates using multiple channels and build strong talent pipelines
- Use AI tools to support sourcing, screening, outreach, and reporting
- Identify ways to improve recruiting efficiency using automation or simple AI workflows
- Track hiring progress and share updates with stakeholders
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
- Stay updated on market trends and new recruiting practices
Skills & Experience
Must-have
- 4+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Experience hiring for both tech and non-tech roles
- Strong understanding of end-to-end hiring
- Hands-on usage of AI tools in daily work (prompting, research, content creation, etc.)
- Basic understanding of AI concepts like automation and AI agents
- Ability to build or use simple AI-based workflows/tools
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
Good-to-have
- Experience in a fast-paced or global environment
- Exposure to recruitment analytics or dashboards
- Interest in experimenting with new tools and improving processes
