Join Lenovo’s Solutions & Services Group (SSG) and help strengthen Lenovo’s position with some of the most influential advisors in the industry. Advisor relationships play a critical role in shaping customer decisions, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting strategic growth across the Services business.
In this role, you will work closely with advisors, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to build trusted relationships, coordinate impactful engagements, and help position Lenovo as a preferred partner in the market. This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-driven professional who enjoys connecting people, shaping strategic conversations, and driving meaningful business outcomes.
You will report to the SSG EMEA Services Sales Executive Director.
What You Will Do:
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with leading industry advisors, strengthening Lenovo’s visibility and positioning in strategic client opportunities.
- Support advisor engagement activities and drive meaningful interactions that help generate invitations to participate in key business opportunities and bids.
- Own and coordinate the advisor relations calendar, ensuring consistent and impactful engagement throughout the year.
- Develop a strong understanding of Lenovo’s Services strategy, market positioning, and competitive landscape to effectively represent the business.
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization, building strong relationships and aligning advisor engagement with business priorities and growth objectives.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration between Lenovo, advisors, and clients that create mutual value and support strategic pursuits.
- Prepare and coach internal teams for advisor briefings, helping them deliver clear, impactful, and compelling messages.
- Provide guidance on RFP responses and facilitate executive-level events, ensuring Lenovo presents strong value propositions and builds lasting advisor relationships.
What We Look For:
- Proven experience in advisor relations, stakeholder engagement, or a similar relationship-focused role within a complex business environment.
- Strong understanding of business development processes, deal flow management, performance metrics, and strategic opportunity planning.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and collaborate effectively across multiple teams, functions, and priorities.
- Strong executive presence with the confidence to communicate effectively with senior leaders and diverse audiences.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling, and impactful messages.
