As a Sr. Solutions & Services Executive - Sports Vertical, you will play a key role in accelerating Lenovo’s growth across the Sports market while collaborating with industry leaders, strategic partners, and customers on high-impact transformation initiatives.
You will report to the Sr. Solutions & Services Executive Manager.
What You Will Do:
- Own and grow Lenovo’s Services business across the Sports industry, building strategic relationships with clubs, leagues, federations, and sports organizations while expanding Lenovo’s market presence.
- Act as a true hunter, proactively identifying new business opportunities, winning new logos, and developing a strong pipeline of opportunities across the Sports ecosystem.
- Leverage your industry network and expertise to position Lenovo as a trusted strategic partner for digital transformation and AI adoption.
- Lead complex sales opportunities across Digital Workplace, Data Center, AI, and Lenovo’s broader Services portfolio, delivering solutions that drive measurable business value for customers.
- Drive AI-focused conversations with customers, translating use cases such as fan engagement, smart venues, automation, predictive analytics, digital assistants, and AI infrastructure into scalable business solutions.
- Engage with senior decision-makers and C-level stakeholders, articulating the business value, ROI, and strategic impact of digital and AI transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with Lenovo experts, partners, sales teams, and executives to design, shape, and successfully close high-value opportunities while ensuring strong deal governance and financial health throughout the sales cycle.
- Expand existing customer relationships, increase wallet share, manage customer expectations, and deliver measurable growth in pipeline, revenue, and Lenovo’s footprint across the Sports vertical.
What We Look For:
- 5+ years of experience selling professional and managed services to enterprise customers, ideally across Device-as-a-Service (DaaS), Digital Workplace, Data Center, or related technology solutions.
- Proven track record of driving business growth through territory planning, account management, pipeline development, opportunity qualification, and strategic sales execution.
- Strong commercial and consulting skills, with the ability to identify customer needs, build compelling business cases, and create value-driven solutions.
- Confident communicator and presenter, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels, from technical specialists and finance teams to executive leadership.
- Strong understanding of AI and Generative AI technologies, including enterprise use cases such as automation, AI infrastructure, data-driven services, and GenAI applications.
- Knowledge of AI ecosystems and partner landscapes (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Google), as well as the security, governance, compliance, and sustainability considerations associated with AI adoption.
- Deep understanding of the Sports industry, including clubs, leagues, federations, venue operators, and media organizations, with an established network across DACH and/or EMEA.
- Professional fluency in German and English
