Join Lenovo’s Solutions & Services Group (SSG) and help organizations unlock the full potential of AI-driven transformation. As businesses increasingly invest in Digital Workplace, Data Center, and next-generation AI solutions, Lenovo is uniquely positioned to help customers turn innovation into measurable business outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of Lenovo’s AI and Services strategy, partnering with customers on complex transformation initiatives while helping them navigate evolving technology landscapes. You will collaborate with sales teams, solution experts, partners, and business leaders to drive meaningful impact and accelerate growth across the Services business.

You will report to the Sr. Solutions & Services Executive Manager.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead AI-focused services opportunities across Digital Workplace and Data Center environments, helping customers accelerate their digital and AI transformation journeys.
  • Partner with account teams to identify, qualify, and develop strategic opportunities, driving pipeline growth, new business, and revenue expansion across existing and new customers.
  • Position Lenovo’s Hybrid AI Advantage portfolio by connecting customer challenges with innovative AI-enabled solutions and measurable business outcomes.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers, including executive stakeholders, developing a deep understanding of their business priorities and long-term objectives.
  • Shape and close AI-driven use cases such as automation, predictive analytics, digital assistants, and AI infrastructure services in collaboration with internal and partner ecosystems.
  • Bring together Lenovo experts, business partners, and cross-functional teams to design high-value solutions that maximize outcomes for both customers and Lenovo.
  • Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey, articulating the value, ROI, and strategic impact of AI adoption while ensuring expectations are aligned from solution design through delivery.
  • Drive complex opportunities through governance processes, ensuring strong commercial outcomes while contributing to pipeline growth, revenue generation, new customer acquisition, and account expansion.

What We Look For:

  • Proven experience in territory and account management, including opportunity creation, qualification, pipeline development, stakeholder engagement, and strategic sales planning.
  • Strong ability to present complex solutions to a wide range of stakeholders, from technical specialists and business leaders to C-level executives.
  • Capability to act as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate digital and AI-driven transformation from strategy through execution.
  • Experience leading large-scale IT initiatives, including consulting, transformational services, solution design, implementation, or complex technology projects.
  • Proven track record of leading and closing complex sales opportunities involving multiple stakeholders, teams, and solution areas.
  • Strong understanding of AI and Generative AI technologies, including enterprise use cases across Digital Workplace, Data Center, automation, AI infrastructure, and data-driven services.
  • Familiarity with AI ecosystems and leading technology partners (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Google), combined with knowledge of data, security, governance, compliance, and broader business transformation strategies.
  • Professional fluency in German and English
