Position Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and innovative Data Analytics & AI Enablement Analyst to lead the development of data-driven solutions that accelerate operational excellence and AI adoption across Latin America Service (LA) operations.

This role serves as the bridge between business operations, data analytics, automation, and emerging technologies, transforming complex operational challenges into scalable analytical solutions. The position is responsible for building and maintaining the data foundation, analytical frameworks, automation capabilities, and Machine Learning initiatives that support strategic decision-making and operational performance.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the organization's digital transformation journey by driving automation, improving visibility across critical supply chain processes, and enabling predictive decision-making capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analytics & Business Intelligence

• Design, develop, and maintain analytical models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that provide actionable business insights.
• Build scalable data solutions that improve visibility across supply chain, inventory, service, and operational processes.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across multiple data sources and business functions.
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions that support operational and strategic decision-making.

AI & Machine Learning Enablement

• Lead the implementation and adoption of AI and Machine Learning initiatives across LA operations.
• Identify opportunities to leverage predictive analytics and automation to improve business outcomes.
• Collaborate with business leaders to define AI use cases, success metrics, and deployment strategies.
• Support the evolution of operational processes from reactive to predictive and intelligent decision models.

Automation & Process Transformation

• Develop automation solutions that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and eliminate repetitive activities.
• Drive process standardization through data-driven methodologies and automation technologies.
• Measure and communicate business impact, productivity gains, and cost optimization opportunities.

Strategic Project Leadership

• Lead multiple strategic analytics and transformation initiatives simultaneously.
• Manage project roadmaps, priorities, stakeholders, and implementation plans.
• Support key business initiatives related to inventory optimization, supply planning, risk management, and cost reduction.
• Provide executive-level insights and recommendations based on data analysis and predictive modeling.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on data, analytics, automation, and AI opportunities.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, IT, Engineering, Finance, and Global teams.
• Drive adoption of new tools, processes, and analytical capabilities throughout the organization.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Supply Chain Analytics, or related areas.
• Strong experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Experience developing analytical models, automation solutions, and business intelligence frameworks.
• Proven ability to translate business challenges into scalable data solutions.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Fluency in English is required to work with global teams

Preferred

• Experience with Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, or AI implementation projects.
• Experience working in Supply Chain, Service Operations, Manufacturing, or Technology environments.
• Familiarity with BigQuery, cloud-based analytics platforms, and modern data architecture.
• Knowledge of process automation technologies and workflow optimization.
• Advanced degree in Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
