Description and Requirements

岗位职责/Job Responsibilities:

Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and feature backlog for AI capabilities within EKP.

Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes.

Prioritize features based on business value, technical feasibility, user impact, governance requirements, and enterprise adoption goals.

Partner with leadership and stakeholders to align EKP capabilities with broader digital transformation, knowledge management, and AI strategy.

Own requirements for AI-enabled features such as semantic tagging, intelligent search, document ingestion, content recommendations, duplicate detection, metadata extraction, knowledge classification, and RAG-based knowledge consumption.

Work with technical teams to define how AI should support article creation, upload workflows, search relevance, knowledge discovery, and governance.

Ensure AI-generated outputs are explainable, reviewable, auditable, and aligned with enterprise policies.

Help define standards for metadata, taxonomy, ontology, content quality, knowledge lifecycle, and access controls.

Manage the product backlog and ensure requirements are clearly documented, refined, and ready for development.

Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, user acceptance testing, and release readiness activities.

Validate that delivered capabilities meet business scenarios, technical requirements, and user experience expectations.

Coordinate dependencies across engineering, data platforms, security, architecture, compliance, and business teams.

Define success metrics for AI knowledge capabilities, including search precision, tagging accuracy, content reuse, ingestion quality, hallucination reduction, user adoption, and governance compliance.

Work with AI, data, and compliance teams to ensure EKP handles sensitive information, permissions, provenance, versioning, and auditability correctly.

Support evaluation frameworks for AI features, including human review, confidence scoring, benchmark testing, feedback loops, and continuous improvement.

Ensure AI capabilities are designed for responsible use, transparency, security, and operational reliability.

Serve as the primary product liaison between business users, engineering teams, platform owners, and executive stakeholders.

Gather feedback from end users, knowledge owners, content managers, and domain experts to improve EKP functionality.

Communicate product decisions, tradeoffs, roadmap updates, release notes, and delivery status clearly.

Drive adoption by helping users understand how EKP improves knowledge creation, discovery, reuse, and AI-assisted workflows.

岗位要求/ Job Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role supporting enterprise platforms.

Experience with knowledge management systems, enterprise search, content management, data platforms, or AI-enabled applications.

Strong understanding of agile delivery, backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product lifecycle management.

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements.

Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, architecture, data, security, compliance, and business stakeholders.

Strong communication, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
