Description and Requirements


Join Lenovo’s Solutions & Services Group (SSG) as an IT Site Operations Engineer and support the stability and continuous improvement of IT services at our Bratislava site, with additional support across Europe. Reporting to the GEO Maintenance Service Director, you will act as a key IT partner - ensuring reliable operations, managing incidents, and supporting critical business applications within SLA.

This role goes beyond traditional infrastructure support, combining hands-on expertise with AI-driven operations, automation, and a proactive mindset to deliver resilient and intelligent IT services.


What you will do:
  • Keep critical IT managed infrastructure/applications running providing hands and feet support
  • Deliver support service within the IT Service Level Agreements to achieve IT and business KPIs
  • Drive, Support and coordinate IT related change requests, projects that impact the local/regional business (including infrastructure, DWS, applications and security)
  • Act as IT focal for the business; Ambassador for central IT teams and work with regional teams to improve IT internal operation and customer experience
  • Keep the IT system supporting network infrastructure maintained and documented
  • Report site IT systems security related risks and support remediation

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The anticipated initial gross base salary range for this position is €26000–38060 per year. This range applies to the primary job location Slovakia and is determined using objective, non-discriminatory and gender-neutral criteria, including skills and relevant experience. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations.
Individuals may also be eligible for variable compensation (such as bonus or commission), depending on the role. The applicable variable pay model, eligibility, and target levels will be discussed during the recruitment process.
In addition to base salary and any applicable variable compensation, Lenovo provides statutory remuneration components required by local law, as well as Lenovo's comprehensive benefits package supporting employee well-being, development, and equal opportunities.
For roles open across multiple countries, local base salary ranges may vary based on market conditions, internal frameworks, and legal requirements. The relevant local range will be transparently communicated during the initial discussions.
