Description and Requirements


As a Lenovo Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll lead end-to-end hiring across corporate and technical functions in Europe — from sourcing to offer.

This is an RPO role, working as a contractor embedded within Lenovo's Talent Acquisition team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for key roles across Europe
  • Source creatively — headhunting, niche platforms, talent mapping, and more
  • Advise hiring managers on strategy and build strong working relationships
  • Craft and negotiate competitive offers, including relocation or visa support
  • Partner with HR to keep hiring smooth, compliant, and consistent
  • Drive process improvements and track key recruiting metrics

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in a multinational or tech environment
  • Proven experience managing complex searches across functions and geographies
  • Confidence in market research, talent mapping, and data-driven hiring
  • Skilled at influencing senior stakeholders
  • Familiar with ATS platforms, Boolean search, and modern sourcing tools
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The anticipated initial gross base salary range for this position is €22700–33200 per year. This range applies to the primary job location Slovakia and is determined using objective, non-discriminatory and gender-neutral criteria, including skills and relevant experience. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations.
Individuals may also be eligible for variable compensation (such as bonus or commission), depending on the role. The applicable variable pay model, eligibility, and target levels will be discussed during the recruitment process.
In addition to base salary and any applicable variable compensation, Lenovo provides statutory remuneration components required by local law, as well as Lenovo's comprehensive benefits package supporting employee well-being, development, and equal opportunities.
For roles open across multiple countries, local base salary ranges may vary based on market conditions, internal frameworks, and legal requirements. The relevant local range will be transparently communicated during the initial discussions.
