As our Sales Manager – Large Enterprise, you'll lead a team of Client Managers responsible for some of Lenovo's most strategic enterprise customers across the UK and Ireland.

What You'll Do
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Large Enterprise Client Managers, creating an inclusive, high-performing culture focused on collaboration, accountability and continuous growth.
- Drive sales performance by delivering against revenue, profitability, pipeline and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Establish a disciplined sales operating rhythm through regular pipeline reviews, opportunity coaching, forecast management and account planning.
- Support your team in identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing customer relationships and increasing share of wallet across Lenovo's portfolio.
- Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders, including executive decision-makers, to strengthen Lenovo's strategic position.
- Collaborate with technical, services, marketing, partner and commercial teams to deliver integrated customer solutions and win complex enterprise opportunities.
- Use data and insights to monitor performance, identify trends, mitigate risks and improve forecasting accuracy and sales execution.
- Champion operational excellence by embedding best practices across sales processes, opportunity qualification and customer engagement.
- Inspire innovation, continuous improvement and a customer-first mindset across the team.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading successful enterprise technology sales teams.
- Strong track record of delivering revenue growth through coaching, strategic account management and sales execution.
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and long-term customer relationships.
- Excellent knowledge of pipeline management, forecasting, opportunity qualification and account planning methodologies.
- Commercially minded with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive cross-sell and upsell strategies.
- Strong leadership, coaching and people development skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Confidence engaging with senior business leaders, including C-suite stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions, improve performance and drive business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
