The Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Leader for France to serve as a trusted business partner to the country leadership team and help shape the future of our organization. This is a highly visible role requiring the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, influence at all levels of the organization, and drive both performance and transformation in a complex and fast-moving environment.
You will lead a small, high-impact HR team (2 HR professionals and 1 apprentice) while partnering closely with business leaders to strengthen organizational capability, develop talent, and enable business growth. Success in this role requires strong business acumen, the ability to build trusted partnerships and influence outcomes, a passion for developing people and organizations, a growth mindset, curiosity for new technologies and AI-enabled ways of working and deep expertise in the French employment landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the France leadership team on talent, organizational, and people priorities
  • Drive organizational transformation, capability building, and change initiatives that enable business performance and growth
  • Lead key people processes, including talent, succession, performance, workforce planning, and employee engagement
  • Ensure effective HR operations and provide expert guidance on employee relations and French labor law matters
  • Lead and develop a high-performing HR team while partnering closely with regional and global HR colleagues
Profile/ Experience:
  • Proven experience as a senior HR Business Partner or HR Leader in a complex, international environment
  • Strong track record of partnering with senior business leaders and driving organizational change
  • Deep expertise in French labor law and employee relations
  • Experience in the technology industry preferred (Data Center/ Solutions experience is a plus)

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategies to business outcomes
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with pragmatic, hands-on execution
  • Broad HR expertise across talent, performance, organization design, employee relations, and workforce planning
  • Strong influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Curiosity for emerging technologies and an openness to leveraging AI-enabled solutions to improve decision-making, productivity, and employee experiences
  • Fluent French and English is necessary
