Description and Requirements

Leadership & Behavioral Development (Asia Pacific)

  • Lead the end-to-end deployment and governance of Global development programs across Asia Pacific.
  • Partner with Global Learning Center (GLC) team to contextualize and implement leadership development initiatives that address regional business needs.
  • Manage the annual leadership development calendar, ensuring alignment with business priorities and talent strategies. Drive participation, engagement, and adoption of leadership programs across all AP markets.
  • Consult with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify capability gaps and recommend targeted learning interventions.
  • Facilitate development programs and evaluate learning effectiveness using analytics, participant feedback, business impact metrics, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, facilitators, and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
  • Ensure consistency of learner experience while balancing regional and cultural requirements across countries.
  • Support talent development initiatives through leadership capability-building programs.

Learning Partner – India

  • Serve as the primary L&D partner for India business and HR stakeholders.
  • Conduct learning needs analysis and translate business challenges into development solutions.
  • Design and execute leadership, professional, behavioral, and team effectiveness programs for employees and managers.
  • Drive learning culture initiatives and promote self-directed learning through Lenovo's learning ecosystem.
  • Facilitate or coordinate workshops, learning campaigns, and development journeys as required.
  • Support onboarding, manager effectiveness, employee engagement, sales enablement and career development initiatives.
  • Monitor learning metrics, participation trends, and ROI to inform future learning strategies.

Stakeholder Management & Governance

  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders, HR teams, and global learning partners.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on learning and development strategies and best practices.
  • Manage communications, reporting, governance reviews, and executive updates related to learning programs.
  • Ensure compliance with learning processes, budgets, and operational standards.

Program Management & Operations

  • Manage multiple concurrent learning initiatives across countries and time zones.
  • Develop project plans, communication strategies, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Track budgets, vendor performance, and program delivery milestones.
  • Leverage learning technologies and digital platforms to enhance learner experience and scalability.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.
Experience
  • 7–12+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or HR (with emphasis on learning exposure).
  • Experience managing regional or global learning programs in a matrixed organization.
  • Experience in facilitating development programs, training and employee coaching.
  • Strong program management and stakeholder management capabilities
