Lenovo is currently seeking an experienced HRIS analyst to join our team. Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of HR system solutions. This role will focus on delivering robust and scalable system solutions, particularly in Yonyou payroll, ensuring operational efficiency, payroll accuracy, and compliance across regions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, driving end-to-end solution delivery and continuous system improvement.

- 负责用友(Yonyou)薪资系统的日常运营,及时支持薪资计算,确保系统稳定性及运行效率;
- 分析业务需求,设计并部署高效的系统解决方案;
- 处理运营过程中各类问题,确保薪资计算准确性;
- 建设并维护知识资产,包括知识库及相关文档等;
- 在关键项目阶段提供支持,尤其是薪资系统迁移、薪资方案搭建等项目;
- 确保薪资运营符合当地劳动法规及相关合规要求;
- 持续推动系统优化,提升运营效率和系统性能;
- 撰写详细的解决方案文档,包括技术方案和实施计划等;
- 为内部用户提供技术咨询与支持,解答相关技术问题。
任职要求
- 计算机科学与技术、信息管理与信息系统、人工智能、数据科学或相关专业本科及以上学历,或具备同等经历;
- 5年以上用友(Yonyou)薪资模块经验,有香港薪资经验者优先;
- 至少掌握一门编程语言(优先考虑Java);
- 具备HR系统端到端实施经验;
- 熟悉数据及系统集成(Integration);
- 了解生成式AI技术(如RAG、图像生成、语音合成)是加分项;
- 具备良好的沟通能力,能够清晰表达技术方案,并与跨职能团队高效协作;
- 英文可作为工作语言。

Job Description
- Responsible for daily operations of the Yonyou payroll system, timely support for payroll calculation, ensuring system stability and operational efficiency
- Analyze business requirements, design & deploy effective system solution
- Handle various issues during the operations to ensure payroll accuracy
- Develop and maintain knowledge assets, including knowledge documentation
- Provide support in key project phases, particularly in payroll migration, payroll setup etc.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements across payroll operations
- Drive continuous system optimization to improve operational efficiency, system performance
- Draft detailed solution documentation, including technical plans, implementation schedules
- Provide technical consulting and support to internal users, addressing their technical inquiries
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in Yonyou payroll module, with a preference of Hong Kong payroll experience
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, Java is preferred.
- Experience in successfully implementing HR system solution end-to-end
- Expertise in data and system integrations
- Familiarity with generative AI technologies (e.g., RAG, image generation, speech synthesis) is considered an advantage
- Effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
