Description and Requirements

岗位职责:

1. 制定业务经营指标体系、业务发展规划、关键绩效指标,确保业务可持续发展。

2. 设计和开发 SSG CFGChina for Global)算力与 AI 服务产品组合;主导撰写产品需求文档(PRD)、客户需求优先级排序,并定义产品价值主张与功能特性。

3. 持续监控关键产品指标,优化用户体验,分析产品的业务表现和市场认可度。

4. 拓展并深化 CFG 全球生态合作伙伴关系:主动识别、战略性培育并管理多元化的国际合作伙伴网络。

5. 负责CFG团队组建、培养与发展,提升组织整体能力与战略执行力。

岗位要求:

1. 10年以上云计算或AI产品管理经验,具备产品负责人背景;

2. 具备算力与AI服务产品规划、PRD撰写及商业化能力;

3. 具备数据分析与经营意识,能以指标驱动产品决策;

4. 具备跨区域业务经验,熟悉国际生态与伙伴合作模式;

5. 具备团队搭建与管理能力,能推动战略高效落地。
