Job Responsibilities:
Participate in the formulation of SSG R&D AI strategy by analyzing market dynamics, technology trends, and emerging opportunities to support strategic planning and business growth.
Research, evaluate, and assess the latest developments in Hybrid AI and Generative AI technologies, providing innovative recommendations and forward-looking insights for enterprise applications.
Identify opportunities and challenges related to AI adoption in enterprise environments, delivering data-driven strategic recommendations that support business objectives and solution innovation.
Continuously monitor AI industry advancements and prepare technical analysis reports to support organizational decision-making and long-term technology planning.
Study emerging Generative AI technologies, including multimodal and multi-model systems, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agents, and evaluate their potential impact on software products and solutions.
Assess the feasibility, risks, and commercial value of AI technologies, providing recommendations to optimize investment, adoption strategies, and technology roadmaps.
Evaluate existing AI architectures and solution designs, recommending enhancements and optimizations to align with the rapid evolution of AI technologies and industry best practices.
Deliver AI technology trend sharing sessions, knowledge transfer activities, and training programs for relevant teams and stakeholders within SSG.
Contribute to the development of technical documentation, research reports, and solution materials while promoting the adoption of emerging AI technologies across projects and initiatives.
Support the design and implementation of AI ethics, governance, and compliance frameworks to ensure AI applications align with Responsible AI principles and organizational standards.
Job Requirements:
Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Hybrid AI technologies, with the ability to evaluate emerging trends and their potential business impact.
Proven ability to conduct technology research, market analysis, and strategic assessments, translating findings into actionable recommendations and technology roadmaps.
Familiarity with modern AI technologies and architectures, including multimodal and multi-model AI systems, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and related solution frameworks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess technology feasibility, risks, commercial value, and implementation considerations.
Ability to evaluate and optimize AI solution architectures while maintaining awareness of evolving industry standards and technological advancements.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to share technical insights, deliver training, and engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Experience preparing technical documentation, research reports, strategic recommendations, and executive-level analysis materials.
Knowledge of AI ethics, governance, compliance practices, and Responsible AI principles, with the ability to support their implementation in enterprise environments.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and contribute to strategic technology initiatives in a dynamic environment.
