Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

  1. 负责SOC芯片DDR驱动开发、固件开发及相关调试工作，保障功能实现与系统稳定运行。
  2. 负责软硬件协同验证，设计并编写测试用例及验证策略，确保系统功能符合设计预期。
  3. 基于EMU/FPGA平台开展DDR功能的系统级验证与调试工作，定位并解决相关问题。
  4. 参与芯片DDR Pre-Silicon及Post-Silicon阶段的功能验证，推动问题闭环。
  5. 负责DDR性能优化、功耗调优及系统稳定性相关问题的分析与解决。
  6. 支持产品中DDR相关问题的定位与技术分析，为项目提供技术保障。

岗位要求：

  1. 电子工程、计算机科学、计算机工程或相关专业背景，具备嵌入式系统或Linux Kernel开发经验。
  2. 熟悉系统启动加载流程，理解系统初始化及启动机制。
  3. 熟悉LPDDR相关协议，具备DDR基础知识及相关开发经验。
  4. 熟悉DDR初始化流程、低功耗功能及DVFS相关机制。
  5. 具备SOC芯片DDR Bring-up经验者优先。
  6. 具备良好的沟通协作能力和问题解决能力，能够高效推进跨团队合作。
