Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

1. CapEx Planning & Budget Management

a. Collect, consolidate, and validate CapEx budget submissions across BUs.

b. Standardize and structure data (templates, categorization, initiatives) to ensure consistency and transparency.

c. Maintain accurate and complete CapEx data in financial systems.

d. Ensure alignment with strategic priorities, funding constraints, and ROI expectations.

2. Forecast, Actual Tracking & Data Management

a. Track CapEx performance across budget, forecast, and actuals with strong data discipline.

b. Lead rolling forecast updates based on project progress and latest business outlook.

c. Ensure data integrity and consistency across planning and reporting cycles.

3. Variance Analysis & Financial Insights

a. Analyze execution variances and identify key drivers (timing, cost overrun, scope change).

b. Translate variance analysis into clear financial insights and actionable recommendations.

c. Support management decision-making with forward-looking risk and opportunity views.

4. Budget Discipline & Process Governance

a. Enforce approval processes and prevent out-of-STAMP or bypass requests.

b. Ensure full compliance with DOA policies and governance requirements.

c. Promote disciplined investment practices and strengthen control over CapEx execution.

5. Reporting & Cross-functional Communication

a. Prepare regular CapEx reporting (budget, forecast, actuals, variance insights).

b. Provide clear, concise insights to CFO and BU Finance teams to support decision-making.

c. Drive data reconciliation across Finance, BUs, and Accounting for accurate external reporting.

d. Act as a key interface to align cross-functional stakeholders on CapEx status and priorities.

6. Incubation Expense Management

a. Manage incubation expenses across budgeting, forecasting, and actual tracking.

b. Prepare regular reporting to ensure transparency on spending and variance.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.

2. 2–3 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, Financial Analysis, or Finance Operations.

3. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP, Anaplan, or Power BI is preferred.

4. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

5. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
