Description and Requirements

The Solutions & Services Executive (SSE) is the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for frontline sales, responsible for nurturing and owning the relationship between SSG and customers throughout the entire deal lifecycle. The SSE orchestrates deals that align with customer needs, drives growth discussions including land-and-expand strategies, and initiates technical conversations to ensure successful solution delivery. This role also involves building strong relationships with partners and sellers to maximize service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the go-to person for frontline sales, managing and nurturing customer relationships across all stages of a deal.
  • Orchestrate deals that resonate with customer business needs by leveraging the full portfolio of SSG offerings.
  • Drive growth discussions focused on expanding services within existing accounts as well as acquiring new logos.
  • Initiate first technical conversations to understand client requirements deeply.
  • Collaborate closely with Domain Specialists on specialized expertise for complex deals critical to success.
  • Track sales pipeline accurately using Microsoft Dynamics or other reporting tools; consistently meet key sales metrics.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with company goals in advanced services offerings such as Device as a Service (DaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), software solutions, etc.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing complex service sales cycles within technology or related industries.
  • Strong ability to understand customers’ business challenges and position appropriate Lenovo solutions effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills capable of initiating technical dialogues at various organizational levels.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across sales teams, finance, service delivery teams, partners/sellers etc., ensuring seamless execution throughout deal lifecycle.
