Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

1. Support Business Unit (BU) strategy development and contribute to the annual strategic planning process to ensure alignment with business objectives.

2. Translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives, clearly defined milestones, and structured execution roadmaps.

3. Communicate strategic objectives and priorities effectively across the organization to drive cross-functional alignment and execution.

4. Lead strategic cross-functional programs, coordinating stakeholders to achieve key business outcomes.

5. Monitor program progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure the timely delivery of strategic initiatives and business objectives.

Job Requirements:

1. Strong capability in business strategy development, strategic planning, and execution management.

2. Ability to translate high-level strategic priorities into actionable plans, measurable milestones, and operational roadmaps.

3. Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive organizational alignment and execution.

4. Strong program and project management skills, including progress tracking, risk management, and delivery oversight.

5. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and drive strategic initiatives across the organization.
