We are seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join Lenovo Malaysia’s Key Accounts Division, supporting the Thailand market. This role manages end-to-end sales engagement with key customers, delivering solution-based selling across Lenovo’s full portfolio (IDG, ISG, SSG).
The ideal candidate is a consultative, results-driven sales professional with strong communication skills and a proven ability to grow revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and relationship management in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue, margin, and sales activity targets through solution selling.
Ensure daily and weekly updates of the outlook plan, sales funnel, and call plan.
Manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, solution proposal, quotation, bid approval, order closure, and delivery follow-up.
Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts through consultative engagement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Korea Key Account customers and channel partners.
Conduct Power Hour calls with customers during scheduled call periods.
Ensure accurate quotations, disciplined pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy via CRM.
Collaborate closely with Client Managers, partners, and internal stakeholders to execute deals effectively.
Conduct regular business reviews with customers and distributors to support pipeline health and recovery.
Deliver a consistently strong customer experience through proactive communication and issue resolution.
