Description and Requirements

Role Summary
The ISR Intern will support the GAB sales team by helping optimize AI tools, improve dashboards and analytics, and translate sales data into actionable insights. This role is ideal for a student or fresh graduate interested in AI, data analytics, and sales operations, looking to build practical experience in a global organization.

Key Responsibilities
AI Tool Optimization

  • Identify opportunities where AI tools can reduce manual work, improve insights, and enhance seller productivity
  • Gather feedback from sales users and help translate needs into practical AI use cases
  • Support basic prompt design, usage guidelines, and best practices for internal AI adoption

Dashboard & Analytics Development

  • Design and enhance sales dashboards (e.g., pipeline, forecast, activity, account performance)
  • Support automation of data refreshes and recurring sales reports
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable visuals for sales leaders


Skills & Experience
Must‑have

  • Currently pursuing degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong interest in AI, data, analytics, or sales operations
  • Basic understanding of data analysis, dashboards, or reporting tools
  • Comfortable working with numbers and large data sets
  • Clear communication skills and willingness to learn

Good‑to‑have

  • Exposure to BI or analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel dashboards)
  • Basic understanding of AI tools, prompt usage, or automation concepts
  • Experience working on academic or personal data projects
