Description and Requirements

Join Lenovo’s Solutions & Services Group (SSG) and play a key role in driving digital transformation. As organizations increasingly embrace Artificial Intelligence and next-generation technologies, you’ll help customers enhance business outcomes, streamline operations, leverage data-driven insights, and unlock new opportunities for growth and innovation.

This is a unique opportunity to join Lenovo at the forefront of this transformation, working with a market-leading portfolio spanning Digital Workplace, Data Center, AI, and Services solutions. As a Solutions & Services Executive, you will play a key role in accelerating Lenovo’s growth while collaborating with customers, strategic partners, and internal teams on high-impact digital transformation initiatives.

You will report to the Solutions & Services Market Leader for Nordics.

What You Will Do:

  • Own and grow Lenovo’s Services business on selected customers in Denmark and Southern Sweden by building strategic customer relationships and expanding Lenovo’s market presence.
  • Act as a true hunter, proactively identifying new business opportunities, winning new logos, and developing a strong sales pipeline.
  • Position Lenovo as a trusted strategic partner for digital transformation and AI adoption.
  • Lead complex sales opportunities across Digital Workplace, Data Center, AI, and Lenovo’s broader Services portfolio, delivering solutions that drive measurable business value.
  • Drive AI-focused conversations with customers, translating business use cases such as automation, predictive analytics, digital assistants, AI infrastructure, and intelligent workplace solutions into scalable business outcomes.
  • Engage with senior decision-makers and C-level stakeholders, articulating the business value, ROI, and strategic impact of digital and AI transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Lenovo experts, partners, sales teams, and executives to design, shape, and successfully close high-value opportunities while maintaining strong deal governance and financial performance.
  • Expand existing customer relationships, increase wallet share, manage customer expectations, and deliver measurable growth in pipeline, revenue, and Lenovo’s overall market footprint.

What We Look For:

  • 5+ years of experience selling professional and managed services to enterprise customers, ideally across Device-as-a-Service (DaaS), Digital Workplace, Data Center, or related technology solutions.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through territory planning, account management, pipeline development, opportunity qualification, and strategic sales execution.
  • Strong commercial and consultative selling skills, with the ability to identify customer needs, build compelling business cases, and create value-driven solutions.
  • Confident communicator and presenter, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels, from technical specialists and finance teams to executive leadership.
  • Strong understanding of AI and Generative AI technologies, including enterprise use cases such as automation, AI infrastructure, data-driven services, and GenAI applications.
  • Knowledge of AI ecosystems and partner landscapes (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Google), as well as security, governance, compliance, and sustainability considerations associated with AI adoption.
  • Experience engaging with enterprise customers and developing strategic relationships across multiple industries and business environments.
  • Professional fluency in Danish or Swedish and English.
