About the Position
In this role you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Commercial Accessories. Leading cross-functional teams you will collaborate across our WW Business Unit to achieve time, cost, product feature and innovation objectives.
This position has a hybrid schedule based out of Morrisville, NC with 3 onsite and 2 remote days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end product management execution from concept phase to plan, development, worldwide product launch, sustaining and product end-of-life.
- Represent NA Accessories Geo in collaboration with WW Business Unit to achieve time, cost, product feature and innovation objectives.
- Create product disclosure and competitive analysis report to support successful product launches.
- Support GTM and Demand Generation planning and activities.
- Identify key business and industry trends in the PC Options and Attach space.
- Provide timely product communications to cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Worldwide Product Marketing.
- Scan competitive landscape; analyze market data to support category financial objectives.
- Stay up to date with relevant technology trends and product roadmaps.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of Experience as a Product Manager working with commercial electronics and accessories.
- 5+ years of Product Management Experience within the PC industry.
- Proven track record of successful launch of Enterprise products.
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of Product Management Experience within the PC industry.
- 8+ years of Experience working in a global matrixed environment.
- 12+ years of Experience as a Product Manager working with commercial electronics and accessories.
- Demonstrated cross-collaboration experience.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with peers, senior management and functional working groups.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Superior communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation-oriented approach.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills: data-driven approach desired.
- Strong command of project management software: MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence.
- Cultural Competency working across Chinese, American, Desi, European, and South American cultural contexts, ensuring messages are communicated with clarity and tact.
- PMP, Scrum certifications a plus.
