Description and Requirements

The Internal Admin Representative is responsible for working with some account managers (2 or 3) to help them in the daily back office (Quotes, proposals, etc) by this way the Account Manager will be able to put more focus on selling and managing the strategy of relational projects which are usually complex, and to spend more time with the customer. The IAR Is also in charge to drive incremental sales/bids in the territory.
Main responsabilities:
  • Provide administrative and operational support to Account Managers handling large corporate and global accounts.
  • Assist with quotations, proposals, sales documentation, and other back-office processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales, Product, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance, to ensure effective account management.
  • Support the management and follow-up of strategic customer accounts.
  • Contribute to sales initiatives, bid management, and territory-related business opportunities.
