Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Demand Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth communication with end customers, sort out and refine business and technical requirements for robotic applications, clarify project scope, technical indicators and delivery standards, and form standardized requirement documents.
  • Customized Solution Design: Collaborate with internal R&D teams and external partners to design, demonstrate, customize and optimize overall solution architectures for diverse industrial scenarios, based on the company’s core product capabilities of inspection quadruped robots, industrial operation robots and logistics robots.
  • POC Verification & Pre-sales Support: Independently plan, design and verify customer POC. Provide professional technical consultation, solution presentation and technical argumentation to support sales teams in resolving pre-sales technical issues and facilitating contract signing.
  • Project Delivery & Implementation Support: Provide continuous technical support during project implementation, track the full delivery process, verify solution implementation effects, and ensure all deliverables meet SOW and customer acceptance standards for smooth project final acceptance.
  • Solution Iteration & Technical Optimization: Continuously optimize the architecture, functions and performance of robotic application solutions to ensure their advancement, stability and reliability. Summarize industry experience to drive standardized and productized iteration of solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering majors including Automation, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics and other related fields.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum 8 years of working experience in robot solution pre-sales or solution architecture roles. Proven experience in customized design and full-cycle delivery of robot industry solutions, familiar with technical logic, application scenarios and delivery standards of industrial, inspection and logistics robots.
  • Comprehensive Competence: Strong technical comprehension and solution design capabilities, able to match customer demands with product technologies efficiently. Excellent bilingual communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills to coordinate resources and drive project progress.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English, capable of smooth technical communication and document compilation in bilingual environments.
  • Personal Quality: Rigorous logical thinking, strong sense of responsibility and project control ability, capable of independently solving technical and collaborative problems in solution design and project implementation.
  • Preferred Competencies
  • Familiar with the working principle, core parameters and application limitations of robot dog inspection and AGV/AMR logistics robots;
  • Familiar with the business processes and inspection standards of electric power, mining, petrochemical and other industries;
  • Experience in leading POC verification, solution bidding and full-process project delivery of robotic industry projects.
