Description and Requirements

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior IT Product Analyst to join our team building enterprise-grade business platforms (e.g., subscription billing, order-to-cash, service management). You will bridge business and technology: translating complex business requirements into clear product specifications, driving analysis across the full delivery lifecycle, and applying AI tools and concepts to improve both the product and the way we work.

This is a hands-on senior individual contributor role. You will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, development teams, and external partners across global time zones.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Requirements Analysis

  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements; translate them into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
  • Perform gap analysis between as-is processes and to-be solution designs; identify edge cases, cross-country/regulatory variations, and integration impacts
  • Own and maintain requirement traceability from business need through design, build, test, and release
  • Design and review E2E test scenarios; support SIT/UAT planning, execution, and defect triage

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the primary analysis interface between business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams
  • Prepare executive-ready analysis deliverables: process flows, decision matrices, impact assessments, and status reporting
  • Facilitate workshops and requirement walkthroughs with global, cross-cultural teams

AI-Enabled Analysis & Product Capability

  • Apply GenAI/LLM tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to accelerate requirement analysis, documentation, test case generation, and data analysis — and establish repeatable practices for the team
  • Contribute to the product's AI roadmap: analyze use cases for AI agents, copilots, and intelligent automation (e.g., anomaly detection, knowledge assistants, workflow agents)
  • Define requirements for AI features, including knowledge base structure, prompt/context design, evaluation criteria, and human-in-the-loop controls
  • Assess AI solution feasibility, data readiness, and risks (accuracy, privacy, compliance) together with architects and vendors

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in IT business analysis, product analysis, or product ownership on enterprise systems (ERP, billing, CRM, order management, or similar)
  • Proven track record delivering at least one large-scale, multi-country enterprise system implementation end to end
  • Strong structured-analysis skills: process modeling, data mapping, business rules definition, and test scenario design
  • Demonstrated hands-on use of AI/LLM tools in real work, beyond casual usage — able to show concrete outcomes (e.g., automated document analysis, test generation, agent/workflow prototypes)
  • Solid understanding of core AI concepts: LLM capabilities and limitations, prompt engineering, RAG/knowledge bases, and AI agent patterns
  • Basic data skills: SQL and/or Python for data analysis and validation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English; able to present analysis to senior stakeholders
  • [Optional if bilingual environment] Fluent in Mandarin and English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in subscription billing, as-a-Service (XaaS/DaaS) business models, quote-to-cash, or revenue management domains
  • Exposure to compliance-heavy requirements (e.g., e-invoicing, tax reporting, country localization)
  • Experience defining or delivering AI-powered product features (chatbots, copilots, agentic workflows) in production
  • Familiarity with API/integration analysis (REST, event-driven architecture, middleware)
  • Working knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and BI/reporting tools
  • Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, SAFe PO/PM, or AI/ML-related credentials are a plus
