Description and Requirements

Role Overview

Lenovo is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and articulate team player to join our Enterprise Team in Austria (location: Vienna) as Inside Account Manager. Teaming with the responsible Client Manager and PC Specialist, you will be responsible for leveraging our market-leading technology solutions to create awesome customer experiences for your Enterprise accounts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Take care of an assigned set of Enterprise customers, working closely with the Client Manager and PC Specialist responsible to ensure pro-active management of the accounts and ongoing identification and development of opportunities
  • Work with customers and business partners to design our PC offerings and ensure we meet the needs of our customers. Leverage the technical sales team for complex configurations. Take care of the pricing and offering process
  • Take care of customer requests and internal processes related to your customer opportunities, communicating both in person, via telephone, e-mail, and other communication channels. Pro-actively follow-up to drive Customer Experience
  • Collaborate closely with various internal teams, especially Client Manger and PC Specialist, but also Channel Sales, Technical Sales, Product Specialists, Services or Customer Fulfilment
  • Take care of pipeline-management and actively contribute to forecasts, account planning, and opportunity management

Position Requirements

  • Ideally, 1-3 years of successful experience in IT sales. Previous sales experience and experience in the IT Industry is preferred
  • Ideally, previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM tools combined with strong Microsoft Office 365 and application skills
  • Ability to learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services, sales processes and tools to create offerings
  • Ability to transfer these offerings into tailored solutions using customer insight, industry trends, and knowledge of the competitive landscape
  • German on native speaker level, fluency in English
  • Sales approach, customer first mentality, open personality
  • Excellent presentation and digital communication skills
  • Risk-taking and self-starter mentality
