Motorola Mobility is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Lead, T-Mobile Postpaid for our North America region. This role owns Motorola’s postpaid Magenta business at T-Mobile, driving share and revenue growth through strong commercial execution and partnership management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management:
- Own T-Mobile postpaid Magenta performance across all product categories.
- Lead day-to-day engagement with T-Mobile stakeholders across sales, merchandising, and operations.
- Partner with the sales team to execute the T-Mobile strategy and identify growth opportunities.
- Strategic Planning:
- Drive share gain and revenue growth through promotions, launches, and in-market execution.
- Manage pricing and promotions for all Motorola products.
- Lead cross-functional internal and T-Mobile alignment to advance strategic priorities and ensure disciplined execution across key business initiatives.
- Performance Metrics:
- Postpaid share growth.
- Revenue performance versus plan.
- Sell-through performance on key SKUs.
- Collaboration:
- Ensure flawless execution of key initiatives, including device launches and sell-through programs.
- Partner effectively across internal and T-Mobile teams to align priorities, remove roadblocks, and keep execution on track.
Qualifications:
- Carrier or national account experience, including T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, or similar accounts.
- 8+ years of sales leadership experience in the telecommunications or technology industry
- Strong commercial operator with proven execution capability.
- Data-driven, accountable, and results-oriented.
- Ability to influence across teams without direct authority.
- Positive, resilient, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to navigate obstacles and maintain execution momentum.
