Description and Requirements

📋 Overall Description: Responsible for managing Human Resources subfunctions, with the objective of advising business unit leaders on the implementation of corporate HR policies. Acts as a facilitator and advocate of people management processes, while also promoting integrated initiatives for human development and organizational growth.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

  • Support and act as a change agent across HR subfunctions, including Labor and Union Relations, Training and Development, Recruitment & Selection, Communications, and HR Consulting for managers and employees.
  • Ensure the effective execution of HR processes, such as Performance Management, Talent Assessment, Succession Planning, Development Planning, Competency Assessment, Employee Engagement Surveys, Talent Attraction and Retention, and Organizational Climate Management.
  • Promote and develop people management policies in accordance with Lenovo's principles, values, and Code of Conduct, working closely with managers and their teams.
  • Serve as a guardian of the Company's Code of Conduct.
  • Provide strategic HR consulting to business areas, ensuring that HR processes and policies are followed and aligned with the Company's global practices and Brazilian labor legislation.
  • Guide and support managers in acting as effective organizational leaders, serving as change agents, team developers, and results-driven professionals.
  • Ensure the proper performance and development of employees under their responsibility by identifying needs and promoting initiatives that foster team engagement, motivation, and growth.
  • Monitor Sales team performance based on quota attainment reports, providing guidance to Commercial Directors regarding the performance management of their teams.
  • Support the negotiation of agreements and programs with labor unions and other labor-related organizations.
  • Support HR budget planning and control processes.
  • Coordinate activities related to labor disputes and employment litigation, including providing input for legal defenses, defining company representatives and witnesses, contributing to settlement decisions, and, most importantly, developing and implementing preventive programs, actions, and initiatives aimed at minimizing and mitigating labor-related risks.
  • Maintain relationships and participate in programs with professional associations, HR groups, and similar organizations to enhance the Company's image and reputation within the community.
  • Ensure the proper care and use of Lenovo equipment and materials utilized in the performance of duties, including laptops, mobile phones, tools, backpacks, and other company assets.
  • Comply with standards and procedures established within Lenovo's Quality Management, Environmental Management, Occupational Health and Safety Systems, as well as all other Company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience partnering with business leaders in an HR Business Partner or Human Resources Generalist capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and employee relations practices.
  • Experience with performance management, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ability to advise and influence leaders on people-related matters.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid schedule: 3 days on-site and 2 days remote.
