Description and Requirements

Join Lenovo's Solutions & Services Group (SSG) as a Services Sales Executive and play a key role in accelerating the growth of our Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) and Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) business. Reporting to the Director, Solution Sales, you will work closely with Channel Partners and customers to identify new opportunities, drive services-led engagements, and deliver innovative solutions across cloud, data center, workplace transformation, and managed services. Leveraging Lenovo's comprehensive services portfolio, you will help customers achieve their business objectives while driving revenue growth, strengthening partner relationships, and positioning Lenovo as a trusted transformation partner.

What You Will Do:

  • Drive the growth of Lenovo’s DaaS (Device-as-a-Service) and IaaS (Infrastructure-as-a-Service) business by identifying, developing, and closing high-value opportunities through Channel Partners across local and international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners, customers, and executive stakeholders to drive long-term business growth and successful outcomes.
  • Champion Lenovo’s as-a-Service portfolio, including cloud infrastructure, managed services, and endpoint solutions, ensuring strong partner engagement and market adoption.
  • Lead the end-to-end services sales cycle, from opportunity qualification and solution development through proposal creation, contract negotiations, and successful handover to delivery teams.
  • Collaborate closely with account teams to attach high-value services to hardware and software opportunities, increasing deal value and strengthening customer retention.
  • Partner with solution architects and technical teams to design tailored service solutions covering data center, workplace transformation, PC deployment, and complex IT modernization initiatives.
  • Own proposal development, statement of work (SOW) creation, commercial structuring, and business case development, clearly articulating both technical and business value to customers.
  • Manage pipeline forecasting and opportunity governance while consistently driving revenue growth, margin performance, customer satisfaction, and the adoption of Lenovo’s latest services and business innovations.

What You Will Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in services or solutions sales within IT, Data Center, End-User Computing, or related technology environments.
  • Fluent English and Italian language skills, with the ability to effectively engage, present, and influence diverse customer audiences.
  • Proven track record of selling professional and managed services, including consulting, deployment, integration, and IT transformation solutions.
  • Experience working with enterprise and public sector customers, building long-term relationships and driving successful business outcomes.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and create value-driven solutions.
  • Ability to translate business challenges into technical and commercial solutions, supported by excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of IT lifecycle services, hybrid cloud, virtualization, and ROI/TCO-based selling methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred; relevant industry certifications are considered an advantage.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The anticipated initial gross base salary range for this position is €85260–113680 per year. This range applies to the primary job location Italy and is determined using objective, non-discriminatory and gender-neutral criteria, including skills and relevant experience. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations.
Individuals may also be eligible for variable compensation (such as bonus or commission), depending on the role. The applicable variable pay model, eligibility, and target levels will be discussed during the recruitment process.
In addition to base salary and any applicable variable compensation, Lenovo provides statutory remuneration components required by local law, as well as Lenovo's comprehensive benefits package supporting employee well-being, development, and equal opportunities.
For roles open across multiple countries, local base salary ranges may vary based on market conditions, internal frameworks, and legal requirements. The relevant local range will be transparently communicated during the initial discussions.
